This one-day workshop will give you the tools and insight to build your conflict competence and transform tough conversations into powerful collaboration.

Managers today are spending significantly more time navigating tension and repairing breakdowns in communication. Disagreements, misunderstandings and interpersonal strain mean that handling difficult situations has become a core part of the modern manager’s role.  This makes confident, skilled conflict leadership a core capability rather than a useful add on. 

This workshop gives you practical strategies to recognise how conflict shows up, what drives it and how to manage escalating tension. You’ll develop the confidence to initiate and participate in the conversations you find tough – whether you’re facilitating between others or directly involved yourself – and keep the discussion constructive, focused and forward moving.

 

This workshop is ideal for people who want to:

  • Expand awareness of your own communication and behavioural style and recognise what triggers you under pressure.
  • Discover how to reframe challenging interactions and flex your own approach to de-escalate tension.
  • Recognise the different stages of conflict and understand how to use this awareness to mitigate disagreements escalating.
  • Leave with a learning framework and concrete techniques to apply to leading tough conversations straight away.
