Emma is an experienced learning and development professional who creates powerful learning programmes for individuals and organisations. She is an ILM Accredited executive coach, holds an Advanced Certificate in Executive Coaching at Masters level and she is a member of the Association for Coaching.

Emma is also a qualified commercial and employment mediator and is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

An experienced facilitator and trainer, Emma applies creative processes that help teams to collaborate, connect and progress to new outcomes. She is a master facilitator of TetraMap , a global learning model that is designed to grow potential.

With a strong background in professional services environments, Emma has held senior commercial roles for organisations in the Channel Islands, the UK and Ireland.
