A skill building workshop for anyone who brings people together.
If you would like to refresh the way you lead group conversations at work, then this one-day workshop is for you. You’ll learn new insights and techniques that will enable you to facilitate better conversations and create environments where everyone can participate.
The way that meetings are led has wide-ranging implications for the outcomes a group reaches, what happens next, and how people feel about themselves and each other as they work together.
This learning will enable you to make the purpose of the gatherings you lead more effective – whether you’re leading teams, engaging with clients, suppliers or peers. You can expect to walk away with a clear understanding of group dynamics, practical ways to work with different communication styles and techniques to help lead groups even more effectively.
What this workshop is about
Leading groups well is one of the most underrated business skills. At its worst, poor leadership of meetings can lead to wasted time, confused content, missed perspectives and decisions that get lost. Effective group leadership helps participants stay focused, encourages diverse thinking, supports clear decision-making, and ensures participants feel genuinely heard.
This workshop develops your capability to lead group conversations with confidence, building the kind of engagement where people contribute freely, think creatively and feel included.
A key part of this learning is discovering your natural communication style in group settings and how you can choose to adjust it so you can connect with people who think and communicate differently. This is what creates true inclusion and group engagement.
