Course participants will gain a new toolkit for leading online meeting spaces for teams that allow people to enjoy their time together and collaborate easily and creatively, wherever they are working from.  It offers valuable learning for online group environments of any kind – and many action points that can be applied to in person gatherings too.

This is an online series of two workshops. To attend, you will need a computer with a high-speed internet connection and speakers, a microphone and webcam.  For participants who are joining from the same office, the experience will be best if people access the workshop from independent logins.  As this is an open workshop, a recording will not be available.    

Emma is a qualified workplace mediator, a leadership coach and a group facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in communications. In this workshop she will draw on her experience as a facilitator and trainer in how to engage groups in productive collaboration online.
